By signing up for an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of ATHLTE, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use ATHLTE.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ATHLTE. By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 13 years old
If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian permission to use the service
You are capable of forming a legally binding agreement

4. Subscription & Billing
Ascendify AI operates on a subscription basis, with two different tiers available. All subscriptions are:

Billed and managed through Stripe on our official website
Charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle
Non-refundable
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.

5. User Responsibilities
By using ATHLTE, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information during signup
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service
Use the platform to create, distribute, or promote harmful or unlawful content
Interfere with the performance or security of our systems

6. Data Handling & Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:

We collect only essential information (name, email, goals, journey, etc.)
Video data is not stored or retained
All data is securely stored in Supabase
Video data is processed through Supabase's and Google's servers
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and technology on ATHLTE is owned by us or. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission
Use our name, branding, or likeness for commercial gain

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide an uninterrupted experience but do not guarantee:

100% uptime or error-free functionality
That any specific feature or coaching experience will remain available
We may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Your subscription fails to process after multiple attempts
You abuse or misuse the platform in any way
In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
ATHLTE is designed as a personal development tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify users via email and update the “Last updated” date above.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Finland.
