At ATHLTE, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect your personal information.

ATHLTE is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Mikkeli, Finland, by Lauri Ollikainen and Nga Reh. We provide a mobile application to help footballers improve their skills through AI powered coaching.

2. What Information We Collect
When you use ATHLTE, we collect the following data:

Personal Information: Name and email address
User Input: Your goals and journey description in football.
Payment Information: Managed securely via Stripe
We do not store or process your video clips recordings. The videos are processed securely via Supabase's and Google's servers, and as soon as the AI's response is completed, the video is deleted.

3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to enhance your experience on ATHLTE. Specifically, we use it to:

Personalize your AI coach interactions
Facilitate secure subscription billing through Stripe
Deliver occasional email newsletters and product updates (which may include light marketing)
We do not use third-party analytics. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for retargeting.

4. Data Storage & Security
All your data is securely stored in Supabase, a trusted and encrypted cloud storage provider. Video and text input data is temporarily processed via Supabase servers to Google, and deleted as soon as the request is completed.

Stripe handles all payment processing, including any required billing information. We never store your payment credentials.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure your data is protected and private.

5. Communications
By signing up or purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive:

Transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, receipts)
Occasional newsletters and product updates
You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time via the link in the footer of each message.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we store about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent to our processing (if applicable)

7. Age restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ascendify AI. Users ages 13-17 require parental permission to use the service
